Conditional processing and subject schemes

When a subject scheme defines controlled values for an attribute, a processor can make use of that scheme for conditional processing.

Not sure if need this topic. Started to fill in info but it would cover exactly what is in Processing controlled attribute values … don't want to duplicate information, especially normative rules.
