@value(REQUIRED)- The lomTechRequirements for this content. Allowable values are pc-dos, ms-windows, macos, unix, multi-os, none, any, netscapecommunicator, ms-internetexplorer, opera, amaya, or Using the -dita-use-conref-target value.
@datatype- Available for describing the type of data contained in the value attribute for this metadata element. The default value is the empty string "".
